This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. If you apply for a loan, you’ll also receive our separate Privacy Notice required by federal law, which explains how we handle the personal information in your loan application.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the snapshot request form, we collect your name, phone number, email address (if you provide it), home address and the reason you’re interested.
The equity calculator. The numbers you type into the calculator are processed in your own browser. They aren’t sent to us or stored.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site running and secure. This site loads fonts from Google, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

Please don’t submit Social Security numbers, account numbers or other sensitive financial information through this website.

To respond to your request and prepare your equity snapshot
To contact you by phone, text or email about your request and about our mortgage products and services
To comply with law and protect against fraud

How we share your information

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only:

With service providers who help us operate, such as our website host and email provider, who may use it only to provide services to us
With lenders and settlement service providers, if you choose to move forward with a loan
When required by law, regulation, court order or a government regulator

We don’t share your phone number or text messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Text messages

If you check the optional text message box on our form, we may send you marketing text messages, which may be sent using automated technology. Checking the box is not a condition of getting a loan. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and text messaging consent are never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Reply STOP to any text message, or call or email us using the contact details below. You can also ask us to update or delete the information you submitted through this website, except where we need to keep it to comply with law.

How we protect your information

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No website or email transmission is completely secure.

Children

This website is not intended for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children.
